A Night of Reflection

Bundaberg Rum brewery by night

Photography takes me away from the stresses life often throws at you, sometimes from directions you don’t see coming. Here’s one taken in one of those moments of reflection a couple of days ago.

One of 18

Around we go

Surprised today to find that I was nominated as “one of 18 photographers to watch this Summer” on the View Bug site. http://www.viewbug.com/blog/18-recommended-photographers-you-should-be-following-this-summer Cheers Gary

Who’s the Galah

Looking Pretty

A nice shot of an Australian favourite, the Galah (Eolophus roseicapilla), also known as the rose-breasted cockatoo, galah cockatoo, roseate cockatoo or pink and grey, is one of the most common and widespread cockatoos, and it can be found in open country in almost all parts of mainland Australia. More Macro

The flies were boring so this are a bit more adventurous, shooting up close and personal at about 20 cm face to face. Cheers Gary www.wantedimages.com.au www.facebook.com/WantedImages

Nesting Time

The Superb Fairywrens are nesting beside the pool so I set up camera and took a few shots. www.wantedimages.com.au Cheers Gary
